Any request for cancellation of admission/application/service must be submitted to the institution through the prescribed process with valid application/registration/payment details.
Cancellation approval depends on the institution rules, course/session status, verification status, payment status and applicable deadlines.
If a user submits wrong information, duplicate application, incorrect documents or chooses an incorrect course/session, the institution may cancel or hold the application as per rules.
After approval of cancellation, related updates will be reflected in the ERP/office records. Any applicable refund will be processed only as per the Refunds policy and institutional rules.
